Phased construction project:

Phase 1 – demolition of roof to allow for installation for structural reinforcement to bring the building to current standards.

Phase 2 – installation of 5” ISO with tapered ISO at all new additions.  ISO is covered with .080mil Fully Adhered white TPO and carries a 30-year warranty.

Phase 3 – installation of new ISO to achieve constant R-Value=30 at all existing building areas.  Existing building received .060mil Fully Adhered whit TPO and 20-year no-dollar-limit warranty.

Phase 4 – install additional support at all areas under garden roof.  Aid in installation and performed intensive water test at area prior to installation of garden roof.
