Description:

High School – installed FleeceBACK 115mil membrane directly to existing EPDM system.  System was installed during normal school operating hours with the use of polyurethane foam and no VOC adhesive and carries a 20-year total system warranty.

Middle School – installed 2” and 3” ISO to achieve R-Value=30 over existing roof.  Remove existing mechanically attached .045mil EPDM and replaced all wet insulation.  Installed .060mil Fully Adhered EPDM over new 2” ISO and carries a 20-year total system warranty.
