Summary

Description:

Installation of new .060mil Fully Adhered black EPDM after the removal of existing saturated asphalt roof, insulation and felts.  Minor deck repair was necessary and facilitated within Modern Roofing Inc scope of work. 

New assembly incorporated new 4” polyisocyanurate rigid insulation. Insulation analysis was performed to determine the proper amount of insulation to minimize heating and cooling cost while maintaining an economical roof system cost.
