Installation of Fleeceback TPO 115 on a Pre-engineered metal building(PEMB). Flute filler and flat insulation was installed to add R-Value and provide flat substrate for the installation of the membrane.
Fleeceback TPO 115 was installed using two part flexible fast adhesive adding puncture resistance and enhancing wind up lift strength.
System comes with 20-year labor and material warranty and a puncture proof warranty for the full 20-year warranty term.
New Carlisle Drylight Skylights were installed to provide natural light and energy savings and are included in 20-year warranty.
Total system installation time was 3 days.
Total system weight is less than 2 pounds per square foot.
