Synthetic composite slate installed on all steep slope roofs. All sheet metal associated with steep slope and flat roofs installed under Modern Roofing work package. Flat roof/gutter surrounds all steep slope roofs. Flat roof are black .060mil Fully Adhered EPDM with full tapered at ¼” per foot slope to internal roof drains. Membrane encapsulated 5’ exterior parapet wall and 5’ wall up to slate roof.
